My family and I took a tour to Catalina Island, which we booked through one of your employees at Bávaro Beach. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and fell far short of what we had been promised.

The transfers took approximately four hours, including three bus changes and multiple unnecessary delays along the way. Upon arrival, there was a clear lack of organization and coordination. We even wondered if we had been put on the wrong boat.

Contrary to what we were told at the time of booking, the boat did not have a restroom or an open bar; in fact, there was no bar service at all. Likewise, there was no open bar on the beach a jug of mixed coke and rum thats it for the promised open bar. The promised Buffett which was included was spaghetti with watery tomato sauce overcooked chicken and ham with rice covered with flies. We were also not informed that there was no snorkeling equipment for children, even though we had two children with us.

Furthermore, the beach was in poor condition, with glass bottles, caps, and trash floating in the water, which is unacceptable.

NOTHING BUT A MONEY GRAB

We had an amazing day with Cool Adventure! So happy we didn’t book a crowded group tour, because we got to go and see what everyone in our group wanted to see and do! Highly recommend!

We had a private 4 hour boat tour for a party of 7. From the moment we booked to the end of the day was spectacular. Started off snorkeling, then to a water hole that you could wade in and see all-of the vendors on the water. Then they stopped off at this little island and we got to get out and walk through the jungle. Would definitely recommend Miguel and his crew if you are looking for something more private without being on a packed boat like other tours
